I truly value all feedback, as it helps me grow and improve. But I must admit, I was disheartened by thaiguy50's review. I always aim to provide top-notch service, and in this instance, it seems there was a significant misunderstanding. I made every effort to understand and address thaiguy50's concerns, yet it seems we couldn't quite see eye to eye. It's disappointing to receive such a review, but I take this as a learning opportunity.
