They will break all your crystals and make empty promises. Even tried to ask for more money before order was complete

I decided to buy a 30 day grind package for 10hr a day due to having low LS so buying a silver package would not be possible. I was planning to save up LS until the 30 days is up to buy a silver package.

Initially speaking with them, I specifically asked for a berserker player to pilot my account and even guaranteed to do every world bosses I requested because I have ALTs placed at every single one. We also agreed upon a schedule where the pilot will grind when I'm at work so I can play when I get home so it wouldn't be inconvenient for me. They even asked me to buy weight for a class I don't even play even though they can just put all the TL on a horse infinitely and use my storage maids which I have over 40 of them.

They even asked me to send them money because they broke another customer's crystals so much they decided to chargeback through paypal. (screenshots below)

After I placed the order, I was told they cannot find a pilot that knows how to play berserker despite them telling me they had one waiting for me BEFORE I sent the payment. I even specifically instructed them to build a cheap crystal set because I don't want my expensive crystals to break. After being told "Waste of time" I decided to make a cheap crystal set for them because I know crystal breaks are inevitable. So after making a cheap crystal set and telling them to make sure driver uses that set they still went against my wishes and used my expensive set anyways resulting in 1 Ultimate Macalod breaking. I decided to let it go because it might of been a miscommunication but it happened again. Before logging off I made sure the cheap crystal set is on and when they logged on they send me a screenshot of them using my expensive crystals and I once again told them to use the cheap set. Initially I was told it was just a macalod that broke so I wasn't angry but upon logging in I realized it was 2 macalods along with a decimation. After that I decided to just cancel my order.

I will not recommend this seller to anyone, they will make empty promises before payment but after payment they will change everything they promised you. I've been very understanding with them put at one point they are just blatantly ignoring your wishes and starting to become an inconvenience.
