I asked if there was an account with two of my favorite standard banner boys Welt and Gepard, as well as asking some other specific questions about the account, and they took the time to answer everything. All in all, a pretty smooth experience; got exactly what I paid for It was a tad expensive because of the conversion to USD, but I'd still recommend!
