Wow HC character dead at lvl 58, stopped responding and cleaned out the bank alt.

Had a very bad experience with laroussi2020 / cerebrus007#5417.
Leveled a character for me on HC Classic and stopped responding after dying on the character at high level.

He cleaned out the bank alt.
Stopped responding.
Left me hanging for 3 weeks until i went in and logged in to see the character dead.

And ive already paid 3/4th of the payment already.

I could handle the char being dead. But there was no response at all and on top of this i tried to DM him on discord to offer a lvl 30 warrior to him to level up to 60 since he didn't fulfill the order. To help him save a lot of time. But still no response at all.
