bought All Pack Crystals from them. it was very late at night and they still deliver anyway. seller accidentally sent crystals to HSR instead of Genshin but took complete accountability and responsibility for the mistake and resent crystals to Genshin. no extra charges were necessary, they unfortunately took a loss.
