Account banned - Seller then disappears and won't answer messages

Purchased an LTA from him, all went well, he had some details and everything was fine for a few days. Left a good review as he was polite and responsive.
Few days later, after only logging on the account once, it was perma banned. Messaged him to say what happened and he has completely ignored me for weeks, not wanting to even try to resolve the issue. I have tried multiple times to contact him and sort it out privately, but he does not want to as he has got the money and runs. DO NOT BUY, accounts are from the data breach and will be banned when logged in after a couple weeks.
