never followed through with other part of trade

we traded accounts, went smooth. his account didnt have time so i paid 15 bucks to get time on it at the time of the trade. He said he would get a gamecard to reimburse me. He later said that he could get original wow and bc keys for really cheap and I said I would prefer those. He agreed to get those for me and he has been blowing smoke up my *** about it since we traded. Finally today he told me he couldnt get them for sure. Why say you could get them and then just blow it off. Just not legit.
