I didn’t receive an account that worked.

I bought an account a few days ago and at first, it didn’t work because the email thing wasn’t working, like the site was down, but the site is up now and the account had already been taken. i tried to message the discord seller but he just doesn’t respond. i didn’t receive anything. :<
