Account was recovered by OG or seller. Lost access, no refund or compensation

Purchased the account on the 27th of April, played for a while, all was well. Was happy with the purchase. Fast forward to June 4th, tried to log in, got hit with wrong password. Tried to change the password, noticed that the email they had on file was different than the email I had linked. Tried phone recovery, phone number on file had a two-digit country code (mine is +1 for USA, the one on file was +**). Asked a friend of mine to see whether or not the account I purchased still had him as a friend, and whether or not he could message him. The retriever blocked my friend. Contacted Swarana on Discord, Told him the account information had been changed. He said he'd contact the original owner, The original owner didn't respond for a while. He asked if I would like to contact customer service or that he could. I opted to let him do it cause I don't have all the information for the account to recover it. He said he would, and then let me know that the original owner "doesn't know what happened" and that he didn't try to recover the account. So now I'm out of an account, and a refund. I contacted him on Discord monday asking for an update, no response. Messaged him on here, no response. This is starting to get ridiculous.
