Purchased from this individual, they logged back into the account and changed the details

Purchased from this individual about 3 months ago. Transaction process went smoothly and the account details were given. About a day in a attempt to login again and it tells me its been transferred. I was told that the account was unlinked but it clearly was not. Posting this here so that people can be aware of this individual
