After paying him i decided that I didn't like his offer. I told him I didn't want to do it and I'd like a refund. He didn't respond... I gave him two nights to start powerleveling, he didn't touch my character. I have made repeated attempts at getting in contact, including requesting money through paypal. Still, no response. I didn't lose a whole lot of money... but still money nonetheless... thats the game I guess.
