I've contacted this seller yesterday morning about offered accounts

As you can see I ordered 2 accounts - 1x1000$ limit 1x Unlimited account from UK.
He asked if they can be US - I agreed. After payment he waited 2 hours and sent me BM invite links to the Business managers that have 25$ spending limit not 1000$/unlimited. Also they were created week ago so they aren't aged at all. So it's just bad product.
I've contacted the seller asking about this as thought it might be some mock-up in sending order and gave him chance to fix it - he stopped responding after I sent him screenshot with proofs.
