After not being able to get an account I wanted, he was able to give me the option of a refund or another account. I'm so glad and happy with the service provided. I would NEVER go to anyone else at this point. This man is amazing and I love the service provided. Definitely worth more than 5 stars. Reliability is through the roof, and get-back time is as well.
