MrFoX was very helpful and approachable throughout the whole transaction. Admittedly, I have had a very specific, high in demand plot in mind.

Which I, honestly, agree should cost more than the basic advertised fee.

Nevertheless. MrFox was able to obtain another, also excellent plot, and was ready to wait for trading in on for the original one whenever
would an opportunity arise.

In the end, I offered MrFox sa agreement - we can consider the deal closed at this point. MrFox taught me his methods on how to easily check on freshly available plots for sale (and re-settlement). Still waiting for something too specific and in high demand could take weeks or months.

More than that, MrFox was always very open about everything, and always ready to answer any related question I might have had.

I am starting to like the original plot more and more worth every day, and might end up just keeping it.

If I had, without worrying, recommend any Seller on epicmpc to a friend, MrFox would be the first by a large margin!
