Scammed me out of a $100 Google Play Card/Completely disappeared on me and hasn't given me what he owes.

This user initially seemed reasonable and fairly amiable, however, the moment I gave him the digital code for the $100 Goggle Play card (which we BOTH agreed was more than sufficient), it's like he completely fell off the face of the Earth! What's weird is that he hasn't blocked me (which is a more common tactic) he just completely won't answer! Not on here or on Discord. I seriously did trust this user because other people had good experiences with him, but I guess I was the unlucky one. If ANYONE knows about this user, please reach out to him or something and tell him he NEEDS to get back to me. He still owes me softbanned Fire Emblem Heroes account and I feel like complete **** because I gave up $100.
