So I bought a certain amount of Meseta from this seller in PSO2 and I rated him well for it. Then I wanted to buy a bigger amount of Meseta. The next time I sent him the money, it was on hold from PayPal for some reason, because he recently had a dispute with another seller. He quickly accused me of trying to scam him, and I assured him that I won’t, but he wasn’t cooperative. He then asked me to open the transaction and mark that the order was received, as it is the solution for PayPal to process the payment. So I did, and he just logged off and never spoke to me again. Well, the joke is on you, scammer! I contacted PayPal and got my money back. Stupid scammer.
