Will waste your time

We had a deal where he needed me to wait 2 weeks to get the money. I accepted, when the 2 weeks passed he ignored me for a week while still responding to others here. Then when I messaged him I’m relisting it he responds again, says he just needs til this sunday. I wait again since it’s only 4 days, needs another 2 weeks but he will pay a part upfront so I know he wont bail again, just needs a few days. Few days later he tries to lowball me by insisting the price we agreed upon is lower than we actually agreed upon. I showed him a screenshot of the price we agreed upon and he cancels on the deal. Wasted a month of my time. To anyone he suggests the same to, beware.
