Contacted user pertaining to an account, but when that fell through we left the door open for this transaction.
Responded very quickly, provided instructions and was even patient when Paypal had a weird issue going on. We worked through it and the transaction went as smooth as ever. He even included a bonus for me, for our troubles with Paypal.
