Seller didn't provide full access to information to access account. After several attempts of contact via Phone number provided by seller of 216-406-4115 (phone not on), via Discord conversation, emails to multiple addresses, leaving message on site of sale. Selling didn't provide access to email as stated in payment and acceptance of funds sent on transaction 3P0532458X533823K. Which clearly state terms and conditions of payment: This is payment for Wargaming World of Tanks account known as “ _____________________wei . Account was advertised on Epicnpc. com. Referencing these two links. www. epicnpc. com/threads/selling-na-wot-account. 1019236/ www. epicnpc. com/conversations/purchase-request-via-trade-guardian-middleman. 1623977/ Wargaming account comes with email account and no phone attached. Seller if needed will assist buyer with Wargaming account if needed. Price for account is $200. 00 with $15. 00 transaction fee. This transaction has taken place on discord between Vindatia#7947 and Crangster#5056. Acceptance of payment is contract for sale. Seller has changed password after multiple attempts via emails, cell phone, cell texting, and discord conversation attempts to get access in order to secure full access to product that was sold. Product seller will not give me access. I have full documentation as to reasons for refund that WILL be provided upon request.
