Paid him in G2A gift cards but I never received account

Seller asked for 60 EUR worth of G2A gift cards, so I paid with those gift cards. He said he was not able to redeem the codes but I personally messaged G2A support and was told that they were successfully redeemed, so that must mean he was the one who activated the codes. Seller still hasn't responded with account information and later only about an hour ago edited and bumped his thread with the account that should be in my possession now since I paid him. The thread was edited from being an heirloom account with 2 legendary skins and about 1200 craft metals to an heirloom account with 3 legendary skins. SCAMMER LIED TO ME.
