Customer acted like a child. Zero Patience, zero manners, zero respect for others.

I don't know how this gentleman can say we have "poor professionalism" and "poor respect." Nothing was ever said or done to even account for him to say such things. He ordered, and we added him on Skype within 10 minutes after he ordered. I had mentioned that we could not start his order until the following day and he went off on me as if I was a child. When I tried to calm him down, he freaked out, demanded a refund and we refunded him.
