Beware of doing business with these people

I made a powerleveling purchase on Aug 15. It was to include Max skills, first aid, and around 80ish gold. Screenshots to be provided daily w/ progress. I only got about 6 SS for the entire duration. I was given the time frame of 19 days. On Aug 28th I told them to add 100% mount and attunments (ony & MC). Was quoted another 3-4 days to achieve this. So around Sept 7th the order should have been completed. On sept 4 he said hit level 60 with attunements done. On sept 8th I was told only 500g more to go for the mount (one day past the time frame I was given now). On Sept 9th he told me in 2 days the order will be complete. On sept 13 (4 days later) I was given my account. It had no attunments done, no first aid, still missing 50% of the skills including missing pets (Warlock), mining was not maxed, gold was at 142, no where near a 100% mount. So in the time-frame of about 30 days, i got level 60 and maxed herbalism. I asked for a partial refund but of course hes going to refuse. He asked to have the account back and everything will be done in 2 more days, which at this point I do not believe them. just dont get scammed by them like I did atleast with the Power leveling service.
