I just purchased a new lvl 30 account from AussyELO and it came with a four game leaver buster penalty. I have to wait 20 MINUTES before even entering the queue for a game for four games. I can't even update runes and masteries while I wait or it will reset the 20 minute timer. If I miss my queue pop it resets my 20 minute timer. This is not OK for an account I had to spend money on.
Please contact us next time so we can give you another account or remove the LPQ ourselves. This is not what is intended to happen when you buy an account, they should all be free of any LPQ / Bans, however sometimes our network drops in a game or two and the accounts get LPQ, we normally fix them before listing it on our website but this one must have slipped through.
