Completely no logic, disgraceful business.

Very strange business. Completely ignoring my questions about PayPal Business way of sending money and keeps pushing on Friends and Family which I accept.. And now my money is gone because he/she did a mistake (I say mistake because I really hope it's not a scam since he/she seems like a cool person). After that we start discussing about it, and he/she completely ignores my questions and paypal business way... Can you tell me who can I contact that does good business, with atleast some profesionality of knowning how paypal works xD Thanks anyway, peaaaaace
