He sold me a disabled account and don't want to give me a refound (o to change the account).

I ordered the facebook account on friday (my job-week start at monday and stop at friday), my first login was today (first day of job-week) and facebook told me the account was disabled. He says that the time for claims is expired, but i use the account for work and today is the first day of the week.
