Poor results for price of service. Seller claims bad lag from internet client service, but neglect to notify customer.
Seller was given chances to redeem his service provider ability, but refuse to come up with a good offer. Agknowledge that his performance/results are sub par and claims that his prices reflect the poor stats.
Not a good way to do business to ignore customer feedback and neglect to inform customer of performance issues.
