Agreed deal: PP payment for 13 wins on OW.

Long story short: Lack of consistency from play as it was claimed to be able to be done in "one sitting".

Other remarks: Quickboost is usually always on Skype.

Reason in giving him a neutral response was that we had agreed terms as far as boosting MMR and time frame.

Not being directly able to contact the player who is boosting makes it rather difficult to manage logins esp. from other countries.

Authenticator for Bnet was on yes; however, it was activated whenever login was prompted.

In this case, the player logged on once and played a 1 W - 2 L record (which dropped my MMR as well, but main point is the 13 wins was not completed).

Thank you for refunding me at least--saved me even more headache from this situation. I appreciate it.
