He scammed me

This seller told me to send him 30 dollars in exchange for the account, once i sent the money and sent him pictures of the transaction number as well as my activity on payapl which said the transaction was completed and he'd receive his money the 2nd he proceeded to tell me he wasn't giving me the account then had a friend message him to ask if the account was still available and he told him yes. Little does he know we pulled his VPN and IP for fraud
