Found the exact same web copy of a toon he claimed to have for sale. When speaking about payment option he wanted to use a bs third party PSN card website ( because he claimed his PayPal was not working ).
I recommended using Player Auctions and he was completely against that. While looking on Player Auctions website I found the exact same toon he claimed to be selling and the links he provided me to the toon were the same ones from that seller. I verified with PA that the account listed by their seller was real.
This guy is trying to scam people with accounts he does not own b using payment options that are not refundable
