Just putting this down as a record: I purchased the account and checked the account history shortly after, seeing that there was a 6 month ban for botting. I gave the seller the option to undo the deal right away or give me a 50% refund should it receive a permanent ban due to past actions taken against the account. He chose to refund 50% in the event that the account receives a permanent ban due to previous bans already taking place.
Other than that, buyer was honest, didn't know about the ban and I appreciate him being flexible with the terms. A++
