Account recalled after a year, trying to contact over 2 months with no response.

Bought an account from Chris October 4th, 2014. Just over a yearlater the account is recalled. I was out of town and when I got home on the October 20th I was unable to log in. I contacted blizzard via phone and was told that the account was recalled using the photo ID. I contacted Chris every other day for the past two months and have never gotten a response. I can see that he's on Skype but won't answer.
