Didnt even average 2 wins a day. Barely even played

I ordered 23 wins from this guy. He played a few games a day and MAYBE averaged 1-2 wins a day over 13 days. I ended up finishing the last 8-10 games myself. When I approached him for a refund of the remaining games he has ignored all avenues of contact from me.
