Took the money and then took back the diablo 3 account a few weeks later. SCAM!!

He sold me a diablo 3 account, and a few weeks later he went and reclaimed ownership of the account with blizzard, after I had already put extensive work into the account. He refuses to make contact now and it seems because I dont have his ID I do not have any way of getting the account back.
