Smackpie purchased an account and claimed it was hacked. No proof or evidence was shown that the account was hacked. Lack of evidence suggested Smackpie lost the account in a sale/trade, which is not the fault of the previous seller. Smackpie then disputed the Paypal payment without allowing the seller to recover the account.
The seller reclaimed the account and returned it to Smackpie without issue.
The seller won the Paypal dispute and received his payment.
