Scammed me out of two Arcanas (52 eur)

This guy scammed me out of two Arcanas (Gameota2) worth 52 euro and didn't deliver the account he said he would (5kmmr) instead it was a 4.1 acc with low priority, I hope the site staff takes some action regarding this.
