hes give you the money first on paypal, after you giving the account, hes change everything on the account, then put a dispute against you on paypal.
To recovery money and have product for free.

He asked me to pay first so i did,
then it takes him 3 days to change email to mine, he says he has to contact jagex. ok
then email doesnt arrive so i open dispute.
1 day later on the account he says has no recovery questions, surprise, account is locked and it takes me to recovery page where theres recovery questions in place.
