Forced Chargeback - Dispute #00255

@sbispcrd purchased an account from @Cripsahoy that was already linked to another account. Although resolving the possible deadlink account was not part of the initial deal, this is required to be disclosed prior to sale. If the accounts can't be secured, it cannot be sold here.

@Cripsahoy should have been transparent about the account's condition and provided all relevant information before finalizing the transaction, and removed the linking before sale.

That being said, @Sbispcrd initiating a PayPal chargeback without first attempting to resolve the dispute through EpicNPC puts all parties at risk.

Any further offense of this nature will result in permanent ban on EpicNPC
