As soon as I added them on Skype I was given a friendly greeting and I was able to quickly decide what I wanted and when - I went with an express CM run which was priced quite well to any other ad I've seen on epicNPC. I had to wait a bit, but no longer than expected, and they were clear about when we were start. Summons were provided so we could quickly get from dungeon to dungeon, and the entire experience was extremely fast.

I messed up a few times with using invisibility, or dying in some other way, but every time they were kind to me, and I did not feel unwelcome.

Furthermore, I ended up having dinner interrupt us before the last CM, not to mention I had mistakenly not done that last dungeon on heroic. They were again patient, we did a quick run of the dungeon on heroic and then immediately went back in to finish it and I got my rewards. Again, they were very patient, and despite the delays they were always kind to me and I felt welcome with them. I would not risk buying from another seller after I experienced the amazing service that MMO Heroes provided.
