Obviously, I can only speak for myself, but Genshinaccountsbay.com just fraudulently sold me a pre-banned account for Chaos Zero Nightmare. Their customer service team tried hiding behind their ToS, saying that my actions caused the ban. Happily, Chaos Zero Nightmare actually time-stamps WHEN the account got banned: The ban on the account occurred before it was delivered. Since I cannot attach pictures here, receipts contained at https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/genshinaccounts-dont-buy-their-chaos-zero-nightmare-accounts.3099295/.
I can only reasonably assume that whoever is monitoring these accounts was derelict in their duties; Even if it was merely a one-time thing, I still wouldn't advise you risk your money. Take your business elsewhere for these accounts!
