I thought Quim was honest and I was wrong

In 2023 I purchased an account from QLC and didn’t have a problem before I sold it but there was an actual seller and he was the middleman. Fast forward to April of this year and I saw an account he listed that looked like a good deal. I was given more of a discount to keep the account in his guild where he had multiple accounts. Also he had control of the account and there was no actual seller which was different. There was also some struggles to get the account to work on discord under my username which he could not help me with. I had to reach out to somebody that had control over this. This should’ve been a red flag. A short time later while playing, the game kept crashing, and I kept getting kicked off. low and behold my guild leader at the time told me he had a weird situation where another player reached out to him and said I was playing his account. At first I doubted this whole thing because I had known Quim for a while and was very skeptical about the story. I sent the leader my prof of purchase and I tried reaching out to Quim a few times and I guess as he usually says he is moving or something he did not get back to me for days. After speaking to this other player and my guild leader some of the things were disturbing and started making me think something was going on here. He finally got back to me and told me to just let the account go because I was thinking about selling it and he had it listed for me. I asked what happened and he said he may have mixed up the account with others since he has so many. I was upset at this point and felt like he should give me more money back for what I had put into it. We had a very rude back-and-forth, and it almost seemed as if he has been through this before. I was supposed to give it a cool down period since we both linked the account and he would refund me the original amount I bought it for. After the week I didn’t hear back and even more time went on. This time he had a cold. The previous owner and I came to an agreement where I would give him the money that I gave Quim once he refunds it. When Quim finally got back I told him what we were doing and he asked why I was talking to him? Then he told the other player that he would pay him back. He hasn’t paid him anything and this ordeal started in July. To add to all of this the game was never right after the last contact I had with Quim, crashing and booting me until finally it was gone! Deleted. I have chat logs to prove all of this. He literally held onto the account until the other owner took a break and then he sold it to me! This is terrible! I didn’t even know you could do that.
