Once set up there was little need for direction beyond moving to new maps. The hour-tracking system included detailed logs and screenshots making it easy to follow progress. They were reliable, trustworthy, accommodating, and communicated clearly whenever needed.
A very smooth experience overall. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for more hours.
