transaction has been going for 15+ days, account got banned (Resolved)

Good day, I will share with you a bad experience in a transaction with seller SeifIsNotReal (levii6969 in Discord).

On the 24th of June I contacted this seller and transferred money to his binance. After some time he confirmed the transfer and asked me to wait for the data to be sent. I had to wait more than 4 hours, but at that moment I didn't see any problems.

After receiving the data I faced 3 problems:

1. His phone number and mail were linked to his gmail account.

2. The transferred account from PSN was locked.

3. The seller simply did not transfer any data from Steam, in the screenshots you will see that I clarified several times about transferring data from Steam


25 minutes after sending him the account data, I was told that he has problems on his side with the connection and he will not be able to finish the transaction now, the last message I sent he ignored and I have to wait for him. Let me remind you that with all this, I only had the opportunity to log in to EA, I had no opportunity to change any data, as I said earlier, the seller before leaving did not solve any of the problems described above.
In the end the seller disappeared for 4 days and did not contact me. On 28 June he contacted me and apologised for his absence. I am going to dialogue from June 28 to June 29, in the end the seller for all this dialogue also did not solve any of the problems that I wrote above and I am still sitting without the ability to link data on myself.

Any of these problems is solved in 5 minutes of time, I know what I'm talking about, I did not ask the seller to get to the moon, I just asked to change the data for me ....

As a result, since 29 June, 11 days have passed, for 11 days the seller does not get in touch with me, to make a refund or transfer the account - none of this seller could not do and I am still in limbo as I was all the past days. For me it's stress and extra paranoia, because the amount for the account 750usd, for me it's not a small amount of money and I do not understand how you can be so irresponsible to such an expensive transaction.
