Sold me a PS3 code where the Account Code had already been registered to a PC Account. The 2 codes need to be registered on the same account. Selling them separately is fraudulent. Stated that he rejected my payment of $15 USD due to incompatibility, but received a PayPal email a day later notifying that he did claim the $15 USD.
