I saw his thread about selling meseta for PSO2 on 7/21/2014 and messaged him via Skype.



Our agreement was $75 for one PSO2 account and a separate trade of 10,000,000 meseta, the in-game currency of PSO2. I received the account no problem, but he never sent the meseta. He hasn't been on Skype, his preferred contact method, in 6 days (last active 7/21/2014).

He dodges my questions in email, stating only that he has delivered everything. He claims to have screenshotted proof, but has not posted it or emailed me any proof (which could not exist).

The last thing he really said regarding my order was that it was "in the queue" and that he had to deliver currency for other games first. He now claims that it was delivered and that I am lying.

EDIT: For clarification, the trade was 10,000,000 meseta for $60, which I did NOT receive. A separate trade of $15 for one PSO2 account was completed successfully.

The gold was traded to him in game, face to face. He then proceeded to email me acting as if he did not receive the gold. I gave him the account beforehand, so I do not understand why he is trying to make me out to be a scammer. I've never had a single bad transaction on paypal. Our conversations were in game and then after the gold was delivered, I signed off of skype. I did not take any screenshots because I did not feel like I would be accused like this. I only have proof of the account info being given, because it was done via e-mail. The gold was traded therefore the screenshots of his/her Sales page has no relevance to this issue.
 
The only way to trade gold in this game is via the shop. There is no face to face trading in PSO2. You claimed in email to have screenshotted proof, and now you say you have none.

EDIT: Also, I NEVER talked to you in game. I would LOVE to see a screen shot of that.

You claimed, in the logs, to have taken a screenshot - please post it here.

You need to prove things at this point.
 
I'd hate to be "that guy" but you can trade face to face within the game. both parties just have to be premium subscribed members. just bring up the menu then click on the player and then click "request to trade items". so face to face is possible. just saying.

You're correct. What I read yesterday was how to trade if someone wasn't a premium member.

Is there a way to tell if an account is premium or not from in-game?

xAmbrosia post proof your account was premium on July 21 by showing payment history page. (im assuming there's a payment history page that shows ingame purchases and account upgrades)

Ah, there is indeed face to face trading. I'd just never seen the option before today. I believe there is a payment history, but I also suspect that xAmbrosia didn't have premium at the time.
 
Sorry to hear that, chadryan. I'm surprised he actually gave me the account I paid for, but the currency was far more valuable. He doesn't seem like a very bright scammer, luckily enough for me.

There is not a payment history accessable with Pso2.jp, because you use a third party to get your premium i.e CN-USA / Webmoney. There is no real way to show that I am premium through their webpage or in game. You either have it or you do not. If you can think of a way to prove I am premium as of July 21st that I do not know about, please do so and I will provide the required proof.
 
ambrosia you claimed you had a screenshot before, why areyou unable to post that?

Putting a 48 hour time on this - provide proof of sending the currency or ACTUALLY SEND HIM THE CURRENCY or you will be banned.
 
There is, in fact, a purchase history within the game.


EDIT: The highlighted item at the bottom that says 30 is 30 days premium. No matter how he acquired his AC (the premium in-game currency), he would have the same thing in his purchase history.

xAmbrosia, in-game there is a purchase history menu that will show premium membership upgrades. Please send me a screenshot of that window.

If you look through the logs, however, you'll notice he never once asked for my character name. I only provided it AFTER he had ditched out on me.

xAmbrosia you said you delivered the meseta, but there is no communications between you two. How did you schedule the delivery of the meseta face-to-face when you never talked?

xAmbrosia, the burden of proof is 100% on you. If you can't prove without a doubt you delivered the meseta you will be banned if you do not deliver it to User Name Error.
