Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He claims he sent 433 euro to my Paypal for the knives but in reality he sent a invoice that resembled a gift payment. He even had his own personal note stating the following: "This is a non-refundable payment from the PayPal invoice gift system, it may take up to 48 hours for the funds to appear on your account due to currency differences."
