ambienwalrus scammer stole my money and blocked me on Skype

I paid for his account, and after getting payment he gave me a false username and password to log in. He then signed off skype and has stopped responding to my PMs and messages.

Was this 100% on skype? I see no contact between you on Epicnpc.

I see you sent him 2 messages via chat, but he never replied.

It is him becauseI have bought a boost from him before. Its the exact same account and he messaged me on skype. I have paid for boost before and I verified that it was the same e-mail he gave me the first time I bought a boost from him.

I know thats his skype, his older one was ambienwalruz but adrenboost is his current. Can iwe see the actual payment page on paypal plaese? Skype resolvers are down, so I cannot check if his skype is under a strange ip. it is weird that his location says new york when hes from canada. he also has 2 negatives suddenly. Also his way of typing is different, his speech per say.

that is his paypal. theres a jinxbot dispute in which he uses that email too
