Nature of Fraud/Scam: Using paypal to scam created an invoice to request money and then he marks the invoice as paid himself that looks like a gift, realized this after i received an email to pay an invoice, He scammed an CS:GO skin worth 95$ on Steam market. His profile is set to private so that when he finishes a trade, he asks the seller to +rep his page and then deletes the seller and then you cannot take away your +rep comment because it's private. This scam is actually very safe for him, since paypal cant do anything about no money being traded and steam doesnt give a **** about traders.
Timeline Description: He adds me, tells me he'll go first, im surprised and it raised some flags, he adds me on steam to show rep page, it looks good because people cant remove their comments because he deletes them and his steam page is private. He sends me invoice, looks like payment, i accept the trade, i traded the item to him, and he asks me to +rep him, and then deletes me
