Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I posted a thread searching for a WildStar beta key and he inboxed me his skype username. I then contacted him on skype and proceeded to send 120$ to his paypal email. He accepted the payment, and then blocked me on Skype. So I cannot cancel the payment anymore.
