Powerlevel Scam

I paid mmoholmes money to power level my character 55-90. The estimated time was 6-7 days. It has been two weeks and my toon is only level 70. Also they have not logged onto my account in 3 days? I have tried contacting this person via skype several times and no response has been given to me. I don't know what the deal is here but this is not what I paid for. I feel like I should get a refund of some sort at the very least this is a bit annoying, you pay someone real money to do something and then they don't do it. I can't tell if this person is lazy or is scamming me.

estimate time of completion 1 week (sept 23)
leveled to 70 (about 43% complete)

I will count this as 1/3 complete instead of 43% since it usually takes longer at the higher levels than in the mid levels to levelup.

$40 refund is owed to yankees1237.

We'll give him another 48 hrs to reply before he's banned.
