It's a publicity stunt. If many of you haven't noticed, Lindsay Lohan went from a pretty popular child actress to someone who really has come down with some pretty bad issues.
Suing is always going to go too far, and it's a pathetic waste of time for those involved, but I guess it makes a great story to put their names in the headlines. I could never understand it, personally.
A person suing a doctor for malpractice is one thing, but claiming that your name is "unique" and that "Lindsay" could only refer to one person is preposterous, shameful, and arrogant. I would say that these kinds of acts are career breakers when it comes to her line of work, because no one wants to direct a movie in which the acter/actress is disliked by the public.
It must be some type of inferiority complex.</div></div>
I don't know why America's judges let half these stupid cases come threw , It seems pretty silly , Pretty sure in New Zealand its impossible unless your a business or something , not quite sure.</div></div>
Doesn't matter if it's dumb, preposterous, out-of-line, silly, etc.. As long as there is something that a lawyer can see that's wrong, then they go for it. </div></div>
and a handful of money
